Estate Planning Service
I believe connections with our loved ones are our most valuable assets. I focus on estate planning, probate, trust administration and guardianships/conservatorships. I emphasize the importance of guardians for minor children and encourage conversations with all the members of your team. There are a lot of “what ifs” to consider as we create documents I hope you never have to use.
It is never too early or too late to create and update a comprehensive plan for your loved ones. Your children should have documents when they turn eighteen (18) to ensure that as parents, we are still named decision makers. Other important milestones may include buying your first house, having your first child or planning your retirement, creating thoughtful documents are always important. Make the decisions so your family won’t have to during stressful times. Your estate plan is composed of living documents, meaning they need to change as situations and circumstances in your life change. Let me help you leave a map, not a mess so your loved ones can follow a perfect path.
